All orders are shipped within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Allow two to three weeks for U.S.A. delivery, ten days for international air delivery, six weeks for international surface delivery. Please do not call to check on orders unless this time has expired, unless you have selected special services such as "In-House Rush/Priority Mail" or "Express" service.
In-House Rush/Priority shipping: Shipped the same day if order is placed before 2:00 P.M. Eastern time. Add $6.00 if destination address is in the Eastern time zone, $8.00 for Central time zone, $10.00 for Mountain time zone and Pacific time zone. This fee is added to the standard ground shipping already charged (USA orders only).

Defective items from the manufacturer: Sometimes it is quicker and/or cheaper to return defective items to the manufacturer under the manufacturer's warranty. CALL OR EMAIL FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION before returning anything for any reason. If the customer has made an error which results in an incorrect shipment, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit. Customer pays shipping both ways. Our credit card processor takes almost 5% of each transaction, including credits! Therefore, a customer mistake on a credit card purchase counts for two transactions and costs Hatfield Music almost 10%, not including handling and risk of damage to returned merchandise. If returned merchandise is damaged because of insufficient protection by the customer, Hatfield Music will not issue credit for the return. When ordering, be sure to supply ALL pertinent information including ship-to address, work and home phone numbers, email addresses and correct credit card number including expiration date. |
